The unit is professionally decorated and includes cozy king size beds in each of the 3 bedrooms, comfortable living room/dining room, in-suite washer/dryer, smart TV’s in both the living room and master bedroom, and wireless high-speed fiber internet throughout. The outdoor terrace is equipped with dining and sitting areas, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, an evening meal or ending the night with cocktails. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, garburator, microwave, dishwasher, granite counter-tops, and contains everything you need to fix any sort of meal. The building also offers a water purification system which means you can use the icemaker in the refrigerator.
The building features 24 hour security. It has secure parking including entry intercom, security cameras and controlled access with 24 hour staff. The building also offers large infinity pools, a restaurant/bar, and a fully equipped gym. The rooftop includes an infinity pool, covered lounge area, and offers stunning 360 deg. views of the ocean, old town Puerto Vallarta, and the surrounding mountains. It’s a perfect spot for relaxing and enjoying an evening drink and appetizer from the bar at sunset while gazing at the amazing views.
